Wegovy: Effective contraception is recommended. If pregnancy occurs, stop treatment and seek clinical advice. Wegovy is usually stopped about 2 months before trying to conceive.
Mounjaro: Effective contraception is also recommended. Women taking oral contraceptives may need additional barrier protection during treatment initiation and after dose increases. Mounjaro is usually stopped around 8 weeks before conception.
