With a strong background in health and wellness, Caroline ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at PrivateDoc. She plays an active role in customer service, speaking directly with patients and drawing on her experience as a life coach to offer calm, compassionate, and effective support. With her finger on the pulse of what our patients need, Caroline guides operational decisions and shapes our service, ensuring each individual feels heard, supported, and cared for at every step.

Outside the office, Caroline loves spending time with her family, cheering them on from the sidelines at football matches and swimming galas. She’s also a big fan of long dog walks and keeps active with regular CrossFit sessions.
