The cGMP nucleotide is released during arousal and plays an important role in the chemistry of achieving an erection. The cGMP nucleotide causes the muscles in the walls of the penis to relax allowing more blood to flow. For men that suffer with impotence there is an imbalance between the cGMP nucleotide and the PDE-5 enzyme, making erections more difficult to achieve and maintain.

Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) works by maintaining the level of cGMP in the smooth muscle cells. If you are not mentally sexually aroused, your brain will not stimulate the release of any nitric oxide and you will not produce increased levels of cGMP.

Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) is designed to be taken daily, like other medicines, and allows you to have fuller and longer lasting erections on a regular basis. Because it is taken on a daily basis, Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) comes in much lower doses than other impotence treatments, delivering greatly reduced chances of experiencing side effects.

Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) can be taken by men who suffer from other medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure due to its lower dosage.

You shouldn’t have to plan your sex life, and with Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) you don’t have to – when the moment comes, you’ll be ready.

Impotencealso known as erectile dysfunction, is a common sexual problem affecting males. In the UK alone over 2.3 million men suffer from it, with 1 in 10 men being affected by Impotence at some point in their life. Impotence can affect men of any age and it is a common misconception that the condition is one that only develops in later life through age. Young men suffer impotence as a consequence of nerves, stress and the pressure to perform for a partner.

How does Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) work?

Tadalafil (Generic Once-a-Day) works in the same way as the better known Cialis Once-a-Day and the other oral treatments for impotence (namely Viagra and Levitra). It contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which widens blood vessels and enables greater blood flow to the penile tissues during sexual stimulation. This results in an erection sufficient for intercourse to take place.
