Patients have access to the PrivateDoc patient guide at all times and access to a complaints procedure, managing expectations throughout.

PrivateDoc welcomes all feedback from patients and uses feedback as an opportunity to improve the services that PrivateDoc provides to patients. PrivateDoc conducts an annual patient survey as a opportunity to receive feedback, in addition to the regular opportunities we request feedback from our patients following treatment.

Your Right to Complain
In the event that you have a complaint and you feel that we have not dealt with your complaint through our complaints process to your satisfaction, you can progress a complaint with advice from the Care Quality Commission.
